What days do we delivery?
We delivery Sunday from 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
Is there a fee for home delivery?
Yes, delivery fee is $10.
Can I receive my order next day?
All next day orders, when available, must be placed before 3 pm the previous.
Next day is only available for Saturday and Monday.
Any next day request placed after 3 pm, will not be fulfilled for next day and automatically cancelled.
Can I receive my order the same day I place my order?
No, we do not offer same day delivery. each ordered is shop for individually. The earliest that you can receive your meals is next day. Any appointments booked for same day delivery will be cancelled automatically.
What areas do we deliver to?
We deliver to any home, work place or gym in the Washington Metropolitan area.

I placed an order for weekly meal delivery, do I have to pay a fee for each week?
No, delivery fee is a 1 time charge per order.
Can I pick up my meals?
Yes. Meals are available for pick up at our Gold's Gym locations in Capital Heights at no additional charge.
I have my own meal plan, are we able to accommodate and customize meals from meal plan?
Yes, please email us prior to placing order meal plans. You can also visit our "Custom Meal Plan" page to view pricing of protein, carbs, and vegetables. Any items on meal plan that is not listed on site, please us an send email to request pricing.
How long does the meals stay fresh?
Meals stay fresh in your fridge for up to a week (depending on the dish and ingredients), you can stock a weeks worth.
I schedule delivery for 8:00 am, why did my delivery come after at 8:15 am?
Delivery time slots are in 1 hour increments. This means your delivery will arrived between 8:00 am - 9:00 am.
I already schedule my delivery , but would like to change the time and/or date?
Please visit the delivery page to check availability. If the time and/or date is available you can re-book. If there is no availability to change for desired time and/or date we advise keeping your original appointment.
I would like to cancel my order.
All cancellation request MUST be made at least 24 hrs before delivery time and date.
A 100% refund will be credited to customer if request is made within cancellation period.
All cancellations after the 24 hr period will be honored, however client only will receive a 75% refund.
I would like a refund.
We will issues full refund within 24 hours of delivery if client is not satisfied with order. Client must return all meals! We will issue partial refund of 50% 25-48 hours after delivery time. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND AFTER 48 HOURS PAST DELIVERY TIME!
Can I freeze the meals?
Meals can be frozen for up to 1 month. However, we do not recommend freezing meals because meals are made to stay fresh. Freezing the meals will loose its natural integrity and original taste.
I never had your meals before, can I have a sample before placing my order?
We do understand ordering food online is new to some clients. We do not deliver sample meals. However, every month we do offer special promotions.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes. For each new client referral the referring client will receive $25 off their next order. The new client must mention referring client when placing order or during delivery. We will send personalized coupon code to referring client. The $25 discount is per referral. It is not a continuous discount off ALL future orders.
The "REFERRAL" coupon code is not working.
We will send a personalized coupon code to all qualifying clients with validated referrals.
