What days do you deliver? We deliver Sundays only, between 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM.

Is there a delivery fee? Yes. A $10 flat delivery fee applies per order.

Can I get next-day delivery? Next-day delivery is limited and not always available. Available for Saturday and Monday only.Orders must be placed before 3:00 PM the previous dayOrders placed after 3:00 PM for next day will be automatically canceled.

Do you offer same-day delivery? No. We do not offer same-day delivery. All meals are prepared fresh and individually. The earliest delivery option is next day, when available.

Why did my delivery arrive later than my scheduled time? Delivery times are scheduled in 1-hour windows. Example: An 8:00 AM delivery may arrive anytime between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM.

How long do meals stay fresh? Meals stay fresh in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, depending on ingredients.

Can I freeze the meals? Yes, meals can be frozen for up to 1 month.However, we recommend refrigeration for best taste and texture.

Can I pick up my meals instead of delivery? No, pick up is not offered at this time.

I already have a meal plan. Can you customize meals for me? Absolutely.Please email us before placing your order with your meal plan details. You can also visit our Custom Meal Plan page for pricing on proteins, carbs, and vegetables. Items not listed on the site can be requested via email.
